We hope you love your handmade pottery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging where possible

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping Information

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, dispatch times may be longer. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

UK Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services or Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Packaging

All pottery is securely wrapped using protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Standard UK delivery: 2 to 4 working days

• Express delivery (if available): 1 to 2 working days

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, available destinations will be shown at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
